1. SSY - the borneo menace
Since 1990s, I came to know SSY via my office in Luyang 1, Kota Kinabalu.

Also driven by SSY in his crime pursuit and that was the car used by him when he was in a gang trying to "kidnap" me in Jalan Bundusan (Swamp Road) back in 1992/93 in the Thursday evening, when I was on the way to the church for Bible studies from Taman Jelitana.
23) Fish
The cooked fish from the restaurant in Asia City was sort of contaminated by sorcery / poison to force us or intimidate my wife to hand over any amount of money to the gang of SSY. The "cook" was tempted to do that with an offer of cash advance of RM5,000 plus very generous rewards when successful. It is known that SSY uses fake money for such purposes. SSY has representatives in the coffee shop/ restaurant to witness such incidents. We avoided such dirty technique in this favourite dish by studying the "body language" of the perpetrators.
24) Bomohs
My wife has encountered many bomohs, but at least two had personally confirmed that they were paid to do something to make my wife into a "trance" so as to hand over personal belongings. These bomohs when confronted would admit that a certain man believed to be SSY pay them to do that and then rewards would come when successful. These bomohs have all failed hence we have survived.
25) Photographs
SSY and gang also has the habit of coming to our place to take pictures - just shooting and then go away. They would also come to the Asia City to take picture of our car and surrounding.
26) Dengue fogging
Beware of those who come to the house with incomplete documents that the health authority needs to fog the area of dengue mosquitoes, claiming so and so had died in the area. The form would be unsigned and unchopped. Some private ones also approach us for fogging for RM20 each. We had rejected all of them and yet we are still alive to share this SSY and his crimes. This happen about a year ago.
27) Photocopying
My regular shops where I do my mass photocopying have been disrupted by SSY and his gang. I need such services for printing my books to alert the general public.
28) Printing one page
Last time, in 2002 I sent my cover sheet of "EPIC of Sabah" for printing. Even a single sheet with art work design provided by me, the printing of 1,000 A4 sheet took more than 2 months. The A4 in its standard measurement was manipulated on both sides making binding quite troublesome.
29) Strange cars slow
A lot of strange cars that come to my place are in slow pace, hence I have the chance to record their numbers. The road here has only less than 30 houses in a cul de sac.
30) Pulau Gaya then Hyatt’s function
In May 2005, ACCA Sabah organised a special function for a few days supposedly in an island resort but for a very cheap price. I knew from the start that it was a trap. The way the event was being pursued smelt a rat.
After the Pulau Gaya venue was changed to Hyatt but to a single day, it was obvious that food poisoning was arranged. Just before the set dinner with fixed seating, and at the end of the last session, the door to the room was swung open at least three times, but nobody came in. That was SSY in his desperation as he paid a lot of money to the people to poison me by first arranging this special event. So when the set dinner was on the table, I already decided to pack it rather than eat it there. So how much did the failed deal cost SSL and his rich mentors out to poison me? I have documented this event.
31) Gang murder within
There was a reported gang murder in Luyang done by SSY through his proxies. SSY was there to witness it and possibly was involved as his own gang members were killed. That was a few years back and very brutal indeed. You know when foods and drinks have been contaminated it is quite easy to do the killings.
32) Two accidents on Sunday mornings in 2003.
There were two terrible self accidents involving two vehicles. One of the vehicles crashed into a roadside tree in the Sunday morning just before I passed by on the way to the church. I saw the fire brigade after doing the job, was waiting for something there, when the corpse was on a stretcher covered by black bag. There was no Police personnel around. This terrible accident was not reported in the newspaper although I saw some people go there to take photos. Later, it was rumoured that the dead one was SSY. Yet SSY surfaced a few weeks later.
The second one happened a few weeks later, when I actually had to drive over the bloody accident on my way back from the Church on Sunday. This accident was not reported in the newspaper. But people was saying that 4 WD double cabin was in such high speed that it somersaulted several times killing the driver in the process. Obviously this accident happening in my usual Sunday path was to stir fear into me. Since then no accidents of this nature has happened there.
33) mee makers
This mee maker was set up by SSY to waste my time and to poison me. I know this Mr Chong for sometime but never talk business. Then suddenly this man appeared to wait for me in the restaurant where I would pass by almost daily. He would offer me drinks and then talk of his mee making business. In one of his first drinks, as I sipped my stomach ached and sent the signal that I should not drink it but he insisted that I drank the tea. After he failed in these dark ventures, I have yet to meet him any way in town. I hope he is still well and around.
34) Chocolate cake
My wife would love to eat chocolate cake in a regular weekend hi tea at a hotel place. One Sunday, there was a big family amongst the clients in the restaurant, but this man with a skull cap did not eat at all but moving around the place and the toilets. He kept going back to look at the chocolate cake contaminated by him with his grand children. We did not eat that cake but later it was learnt that it was taken away and destroyed.
35) Wong’s visit to the cafe.
A member of the famous family where the man and women died together on Signal hill, went to the cafe where we go regularly at week ends. The bald young man Wong known to me came to this cafe and make some quick inquiry at the desk, and left quickly. Obviously he could not be coming for food as his own place is better and possibly free when he himself is a chef of sort. Obviously he was on the look out for something or someone, and he saw me eye to eye through the gaps of the food shelves, his body language exposed his intention. He had a deep look at me, and I knew what he was up to. Then he left with a failed event. I had not seen him again.
36) SA 1331
This car (known to me) followed me to the church and at the church compound, the highlights were flashed at me. Then this car left as soon after making the round. Then I wrote a letter to the owner of that car, but he did not reply me. I believe the driver of the car was SSY as SSY looked after the maintenance of that vehicle.

You may know that there are quite a lot of crimes including murders in once peaceful Sabah.
You may be involved one way or another even without your knowledge.
Many cases may be innocent as your contacts can be due to business networks. So innocent as that.
Some of you may have used this person without knowing it to settle some old scores.
Do you know there is a very big gang in Sabah based in Kota Kinabalu and this gang has good connection with top politicians, captains of industries and businesses in Sabah.
This gang is dangerous in so many ways. I know the Police is after this person (also hitman) and this gang but no easy job as there are people inside the Police to help this person and this group. Even some "good" lawyers are in these deals.
The executive of this gang is known formerly as Soh See Yee (SSY) with some aliases like Gary. A Sarawakian background with a wide business link, he is a real menace to society using all the bad hats (illegals and legal and jobless) in society.
This SSY maybe "dead" as he has assumed many other names with other names including religious names. His modus operandi is known to me and the Police and hopefully the Police can have a breakthrough to "nail" this person. He is slim and about 42 years at a height of 5 feet 9 inches, and very good at disguise and smooth talking as well as a Casanova.
So my advice to you and your friends is to reexamine your own personal security. Don’t get involved with any thing to do with this group of 5,000 persons and more.
My wife had written a letter to Daily Express with all the details but it has yet to come out.
The rotten system we have today allows this man to operate with 15 years of evil "success". In a nutshell, I may say the society reaps what it sows.
Every day delayed means more people are going to die in his hands or fall victims to his traps.

You would be wiser.
This is not imagination, and if you check the copies, I also sent it to the PM, DPM, IGP, DAP’s Terasa Kok, and my yahoo groups plus many in blind copies.
When I wrote to the Police about this in 2004, 2005, initially the feed back was IMAGINATION. Now it is fully proven FACT after more than 13 years of observation. I thank God I am still alive to alert you. Am I a fool to alert you of a very dangerous group under a maniac, addict, stalker, hard core criminal, deceiver, desperate mercenary, and above all an irresponsible man in Schizophrenia . . . Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) hence a killer any time?
I did not do this earlier as I could not trust the Police in 1990s since the milk issue.
The next part is a summary of the types of crimes this person and his group are involved.
To be exact, he is in all the crimes available as his disposal.
His modus operandi is known to my wife and myself, and we are still sane to tell you.
This is an invaluable experience to be shared.
So take special notes of these security measures:-
1) Make sure you are not followed by any strangers when you go to the office or home. Keep watch for any stalker. His car number can be fake. He can have access to a great number of cars.
2) Once you are in his "book", he will study all your activities - places you go, food you eat, friends of yours, clients of yours, so be alert.
3) Do you know all you phones would be taped illegally? There is a group that run this business in a neighbouring country - yes tapping your phones and sell those data.
4) Be careful with those in the business of Will writing, where your assets are exposed.
5) He will also go to the bank to make personal inquiries over your bank accounts.
6) Once a person almost under his wrap, the food that you normally eat in a restaurant would be contaminated by sorcery and / or poison. Consuming such foods would make the persons disorientated and even very sick. He would also know who are your personal doctors. He has made much ill gotten gains and prepare to spend them (easy come and easy go) on this proxies and gang in furtherance of his act. Plenty of fake money is deployed here.
7) Don’t think if you are not rich, you would not be in his book. As long as you have some assets - including physical ones in girls - he will sort of befriend you with some wild dreams and some impossible promises. Rich people can be simply deceived by him in first image in those posh cars -borrowed or stolen - he drove.
8) Review the affairs of all your families and children to ensure a link is not established.
9) Talk to others you know about what you learn from me and tell me your feedback.
Finally what are the steps we can do.
As the group or gang of SSY is so big, we need to have to confront them in greater numbers to expose them.
I wish the Daily Express would come out with the alert we had sent to them. We have contemplated an advert in Daily Express but would it be given freely without FEAR on DE’s part?
Would words of mouth help us? Would you be bold enough to do that? You may be speaking to another member of that gang, not knowing about that.
Can you imagine a car with same number plate and road tax be parked next to another car in Api-Api Centre (Borneo Post 14th January, 2006)? What chance is that to happen - right time, right place, and a fool? Why fake number plate? Possibly to commit serious crime? Why at about the same time as the murder of a cashier in Taman Land Breeze? Could the person who went to drive that suspected car be a different person who had used the car for a serious crime? 1. Clever in disguise and dressing in all sort of people to scam or mislead the targeted people. If you are not careful, you could be speaking to SSY when you may think you are speaking with another person.
2. For example when in a small group, all would be dressed alike and same haircut, if dressed in white shirt short sleeves, the few members in the group would be as such. This is likely to mislead the victims of scams or robberies or thefts. When he wanted to survey certain areas, he would be dressed like those who always go around like grass cutters, mechanics, and even as religious people to avoid easy detection. He would also get into vehicles of gas sellers, rubbish collection, mobile hawkers, and furniture deliverers again to avoid easy detection. You may encounter this SSY without knowing it. In this process of a casual conversation with any stranger possibly SSY, you could have given away some of your personal information or movement.
3. SSY had claimed to be an Inspector when he approached a professional at a shop and wanted to open up some conversation of a murder that occurred a week earlier. It was sort of trying to investigate that case. Actually, his intention was to find out if that professional knew the murderer although the Police had earlier arrested some scapegoat. Actually the crime was done by SSY based on other information surrounding that murder.
4. Wherever we have stayed since 1991, the traffic would be heavy day and night involving all sorts of vehicles including very expensive new vehicles. He has good connections with some cars dealers and motor workshops and possibly some rich people. So be careful your expensive cars when you send to the workshops especially for some long hours including over night repairs could be used by this persons in his criminal movements. Actually, I have seen my client’s Mercedes Benz driven to my place. So you expensive cars could be damaged beyond repair by this maniac SSY in his heavy rounds.
5. Back in 1993/1994, I was living in Luyang Phase 3 near Taman Sri Gaya, there were string of very heavy traffic of the same groups of cars going around the Jalan Sri Gaya starting about 8 p.m. till over midnight. I would watch them regularly making many rounds. I knew some of his business associates in the road construction of PWD contracts. One day, one of my new clients AA told me that his new car a Proton Wira driven by his brother for about six months would need a new engine and many shaky parts. I knew that this brother was associated with SSY for business reason as SSY is linked to a family B in big projects. I know from the AA’s account that AA has business deals with that family B.
6. He would target some female bank cashiers with black magic / charms to transfer money into his accounts. One day, I went to a bank in Api-Api Centre and I saw SSY with a armful of bangles dangling out of his car. Those bangles are meant to cause attention to be focussed on them to throw the victims out of control momentarily. So any one with cash withdrawal could be careless with the money. These bangles could be used to charm some weak cashiers to hand over money to him, only to wake up later to realise that a silly thing was done. Did not you read in the news in a Sandakan’s bank where a few hundred thousands of Ringgit was supposed to have been transferred from a rich company to a man - a casual acquaintance? I believe that this person was SSY as SSY wanted to buy a house close to us for about RM600,000 in Tmn Hill top. Later when that bank deal was foiled, the deal of that house near us also did not go through.
7. SSY would like to move to stay where we used to stay. It was very obvious in 1990/1991, when we were in Tmn Jelitana, he was living in a house not far from us and did massive renovation on that house. Then we got to know him in 1992 when my office was near Dr. Lin’s clinic. If you know this doctor, he may share his "treasure" about this SSY of 28+. Whenever I move again since 1993, someone strangers would come to my new place to find out if I had bought the place or just rented it. I would not entertain such question. Soon after some new people would start renovating a house nearby. I know such harassment have been very expensive on SSY. I could not be bothered but just observe his strange movements.
While I had to go on moving for a moving story of houses, SSY had to cope with such stances. Who is suffering more?
8. He would target school children at the schools to demand money from parents, and if Police reports are lodged, the other children would be hit or victimised. So this person has connections to follow through.
9. Do you remember of those crimes of snatch thefts in the Karamunsing Complex especially in the lifts on pay days? SSY was the one in crew cut. He is still a fast runner. That happened in 1992/1993 when he was also staying in Tmn Jelitana (Swamp Road).
10. Involved with printing and distribution of fake notes and money.
11. His modus operandi is that he and his gang only do a set of crimes in certain place for a few times, and move on the next type of crimes. Places of residence had not been fixed and he would likely to find a place to stay near me. It is understood he has many concubines or temporary marriages / polygamy where he could hide himself.
12. It is known that the gang has access to many foreigners of Filipinos and Indonesians as front force to commit crimes and he is the mastermind of such crimes to benefit from those crimes. Such common crimes are for "protection" money, and threaten physical harms. You must find out how he would eliminate his mahjai - known or unknown to him to safeguard his identity.
13. Did you read about the news in Petaling Jaya where it was first reported that 4 armed robbers of a 4 digit shop in Kuala Lumpur were shot dead by the patrol police after a car chase? I saw his well dressed body being carried onto the stretcher in TV evening news at 6 for a glimpse of a few seconds in 1996. I could recognise the Striped T shirt he wore and the leather shoes. SSY was so well dressed as a criminal. The next day, another news item in the newspapers said that 3 robbers were buried. I was asking myself how come only 3 were buried? Who claimed the 4th corpse? Later we learned that he escaped from the mortuary and returned to Kota Kinabalu. So he must have pretended dead.
14. Also involved with the entertainment (karaoke) business, gambling, flesh trade, car thefts (good link with tow vehicles), premises break-in, snatch thefts, linked to murders and stalking. He would send packed lunches to the calls girls in hotels.
15. Due to some prominent contacts (as hireman) and connections possible inside the Police force, he had been successful for about 15 years. I believe he had been detained before by the Police but likely always in Police bail? SSY could change his identity by having many identity cards. I had seen how his brother handle an envelop to the NRD’s office and walked away. Do we do that?
16. Can you believe that I had two cheques bounced when my account had adequate fund? I received an apology from the bank while the payee was informed.
17) SSY and his gang could convince a specialist doctor to come to the hotel where we were for lunch. This doctor’s behaviour was exposed as he came in through the front entrance but left through the backdoor after meeting my wife. He did not want to see me as I was not his patient. So my wife later asked him why he behaved strange. After some persuasion, he confessed that as he was obvious there only for less than ten minutes.
18) Do you remember that a letter by Mary Kong was published in Daily Express forum over the death of Elizabeth Wong on 31 October 2004? That letter had served a tremendous impact for Police reawakening.

19) 2 reporters
Have you ever considered how we have two very active reporters who splash the popular local paper with many pictures of crimes and accidents? Those news are so up to date that the Police pale in their publicity roles. Call them super press cops or corps, no, and maybe copycats only sometimes. Were they fed with up to date information of places of accidents as far as Putatan to Tamparuli - a distance of at least two hours driving? They were virtually working 24/7 and yet one of them works full time in the office. It is quite common that the photographs could be supplied by third party, hence the information can be of third party value. Any hidden agenda here? Many had died in those so called accidents. Police wake up, please.
20) punctured tyres
There had been string of accidents and many died. Have you ever checked those tyres for punctures? I had my tyres punctured several times but I have survived, thank God for that. In 2002, someone involved with the World Soccer Cup’s gambling was short dead while changing a punctured tyre near a supermarket at night. SSY and his gang was involved.
21) Damai Office breakin
Toyota Corolla SA6623F was seen in the area a few weeks before that breakins of an accountant office. Some people have witnessed the office furniture and equipment being carried out. That car was driven by SSY while he was living in Taman Jelitanna. Items worth about RM30,000 were stolen.

1) Make sure you are not followed by any strangers when you go to the office or home. Keep watch for any stalker. His car number can be fake. He can have access to a great number of cars.
2) Once you are in his "book", he will study all your activities - places you go, food you eat, friends of yours, clients of yours, so be alert.
3) Do you know all you phones would be taped illegally? There is a group that run this business in a neighbouring country - yes tapping your phones and sell those data.
4) Be careful with those in the business of Will writing, where your assets are exposed.
5) He will also go to the bank to make personal inquiries over your bank accounts.
6) Once a person almost under his wrap, the food that you normally eat in a restaurant would be contaminated by sorcery and / or poison. Consuming such foods would make the persons disorientated and even very sick. He would also know who are your personal doctors. He has made much ill gotten gains and prepare to spend them (easy come and easy go) on this proxies and gang in furtherance of his act. Plenty of fake money is deployed here.
7) Don’t think if you are not rich, you would not be in his book. As long as you have some assets - including physical ones in girls - he will sort of befriend you with some wild dreams and some impossible promises. Rich people can be simply deceived by him in first image in those posh cars -borrowed or stolen - he drove.
8) Review the affairs of all your families and children to ensure a link is not established.
9) Talk to others you know about what you learn from me and tell me your feedback.
Finally what are the steps we can do.
As the group or gang of SSY is so big, we need to have to confront them in greater numbers to expose them.
I wish the Daily Express would come out with the alert we had sent to them. We have contemplated an advert in Daily Express but would it be given freely without FEAR on DE’s part?
Would words of mouth help us? Would you be bold enough to do that? You may be speaking to another member of that gang, not knowing about that.
Can you imagine a car with same number plate and road tax be parked next to another car in Api-Api Centre (Borneo Post 14th January, 2006)? What chance is that to happen - right time, right place, and a fool? Why fake number plate? Possibly to commit serious crime? Why at about the same time as the murder of a cashier in Taman Land Breeze? Could the person who went to drive that suspected car be a different person who had used the car for a serious crime? 1. Clever in disguise and dressing in all sort of people to scam or mislead the targeted people. If you are not careful, you could be speaking to SSY when you may think you are speaking with another person.
2. For example when in a small group, all would be dressed alike and same haircut, if dressed in white shirt short sleeves, the few members in the group would be as such. This is likely to mislead the victims of scams or robberies or thefts. When he wanted to survey certain areas, he would be dressed like those who always go around like grass cutters, mechanics, and even as religious people to avoid easy detection. He would also get into vehicles of gas sellers, rubbish collection, mobile hawkers, and furniture deliverers again to avoid easy detection. You may encounter this SSY without knowing it. In this process of a casual conversation with any stranger possibly SSY, you could have given away some of your personal information or movement.
3. SSY had claimed to be an Inspector when he approached a professional at a shop and wanted to open up some conversation of a murder that occurred a week earlier. It was sort of trying to investigate that case. Actually, his intention was to find out if that professional knew the murderer although the Police had earlier arrested some scapegoat. Actually the crime was done by SSY based on other information surrounding that murder.
4. Wherever we have stayed since 1991, the traffic would be heavy day and night involving all sorts of vehicles including very expensive new vehicles. He has good connections with some cars dealers and motor workshops and possibly some rich people. So be careful your expensive cars when you send to the workshops especially for some long hours including over night repairs could be used by this persons in his criminal movements. Actually, I have seen my client’s Mercedes Benz driven to my place. So you expensive cars could be damaged beyond repair by this maniac SSY in his heavy rounds.
5. Back in 1993/1994, I was living in Luyang Phase 3 near Taman Sri Gaya, there were string of very heavy traffic of the same groups of cars going around the Jalan Sri Gaya starting about 8 p.m. till over midnight. I would watch them regularly making many rounds. I knew some of his business associates in the road construction of PWD contracts. One day, one of my new clients AA told me that his new car a Proton Wira driven by his brother for about six months would need a new engine and many shaky parts. I knew that this brother was associated with SSY for business reason as SSY is linked to a family B in big projects. I know from the AA’s account that AA has business deals with that family B.
6. He would target some female bank cashiers with black magic / charms to transfer money into his accounts. One day, I went to a bank in Api-Api Centre and I saw SSY with a armful of bangles dangling out of his car. Those bangles are meant to cause attention to be focussed on them to throw the victims out of control momentarily. So any one with cash withdrawal could be careless with the money. These bangles could be used to charm some weak cashiers to hand over money to him, only to wake up later to realise that a silly thing was done. Did not you read in the news in a Sandakan’s bank where a few hundred thousands of Ringgit was supposed to have been transferred from a rich company to a man - a casual acquaintance? I believe that this person was SSY as SSY wanted to buy a house close to us for about RM600,000 in Tmn Hill top. Later when that bank deal was foiled, the deal of that house near us also did not go through.
7. SSY would like to move to stay where we used to stay. It was very obvious in 1990/1991, when we were in Tmn Jelitana, he was living in a house not far from us and did massive renovation on that house. Then we got to know him in 1992 when my office was near Dr. Lin’s clinic. If you know this doctor, he may share his "treasure" about this SSY of 28+. Whenever I move again since 1993, someone strangers would come to my new place to find out if I had bought the place or just rented it. I would not entertain such question. Soon after some new people would start renovating a house nearby. I know such harassment have been very expensive on SSY. I could not be bothered but just observe his strange movements.
While I had to go on moving for a moving story of houses, SSY had to cope with such stances. Who is suffering more?
8. He would target school children at the schools to demand money from parents, and if Police reports are lodged, the other children would be hit or victimised. So this person has connections to follow through.
9. Do you remember of those crimes of snatch thefts in the Karamunsing Complex especially in the lifts on pay days? SSY was the one in crew cut. He is still a fast runner. That happened in 1992/1993 when he was also staying in Tmn Jelitana (Swamp Road).
10. Involved with printing and distribution of fake notes and money.
11. His modus operandi is that he and his gang only do a set of crimes in certain place for a few times, and move on the next type of crimes. Places of residence had not been fixed and he would likely to find a place to stay near me. It is understood he has many concubines or temporary marriages / polygamy where he could hide himself.
12. It is known that the gang has access to many foreigners of Filipinos and Indonesians as front force to commit crimes and he is the mastermind of such crimes to benefit from those crimes. Such common crimes are for "protection" money, and threaten physical harms. You must find out how he would eliminate his mahjai - known or unknown to him to safeguard his identity.
13. Did you read about the news in Petaling Jaya where it was first reported that 4 armed robbers of a 4 digit shop in Kuala Lumpur were shot dead by the patrol police after a car chase? I saw his well dressed body being carried onto the stretcher in TV evening news at 6 for a glimpse of a few seconds in 1996. I could recognise the Striped T shirt he wore and the leather shoes. SSY was so well dressed as a criminal. The next day, another news item in the newspapers said that 3 robbers were buried. I was asking myself how come only 3 were buried? Who claimed the 4th corpse? Later we learned that he escaped from the mortuary and returned to Kota Kinabalu. So he must have pretended dead.
14. Also involved with the entertainment (karaoke) business, gambling, flesh trade, car thefts (good link with tow vehicles), premises break-in, snatch thefts, linked to murders and stalking. He would send packed lunches to the calls girls in hotels.
15. Due to some prominent contacts (as hireman) and connections possible inside the Police force, he had been successful for about 15 years. I believe he had been detained before by the Police but likely always in Police bail? SSY could change his identity by having many identity cards. I had seen how his brother handle an envelop to the NRD’s office and walked away. Do we do that?
16. Can you believe that I had two cheques bounced when my account had adequate fund? I received an apology from the bank while the payee was informed.
17) SSY and his gang could convince a specialist doctor to come to the hotel where we were for lunch. This doctor’s behaviour was exposed as he came in through the front entrance but left through the backdoor after meeting my wife. He did not want to see me as I was not his patient. So my wife later asked him why he behaved strange. After some persuasion, he confessed that as he was obvious there only for less than ten minutes.
18) Do you remember that a letter by Mary Kong was published in Daily Express forum over the death of Elizabeth Wong on 31 October 2004? That letter had served a tremendous impact for Police reawakening.

19) 2 reporters
Have you ever considered how we have two very active reporters who splash the popular local paper with many pictures of crimes and accidents? Those news are so up to date that the Police pale in their publicity roles. Call them super press cops or corps, no, and maybe copycats only sometimes. Were they fed with up to date information of places of accidents as far as Putatan to Tamparuli - a distance of at least two hours driving? They were virtually working 24/7 and yet one of them works full time in the office. It is quite common that the photographs could be supplied by third party, hence the information can be of third party value. Any hidden agenda here? Many had died in those so called accidents. Police wake up, please.
20) punctured tyres
There had been string of accidents and many died. Have you ever checked those tyres for punctures? I had my tyres punctured several times but I have survived, thank God for that. In 2002, someone involved with the World Soccer Cup’s gambling was short dead while changing a punctured tyre near a supermarket at night. SSY and his gang was involved.
21) Damai Office breakin
Toyota Corolla SA6623F was seen in the area a few weeks before that breakins of an accountant office. Some people have witnessed the office furniture and equipment being carried out. That car was driven by SSY while he was living in Taman Jelitanna. Items worth about RM30,000 were stolen.
22) SA 7701M
Also driven by SSY in his crime pursuit and that was the car used by him when he was in a gang trying to "kidnap" me in Jalan Bundusan (Swamp Road) back in 1992/93 in the Thursday evening, when I was on the way to the church for Bible studies from Taman Jelitana.
23) Fish
The cooked fish from the restaurant in Asia City was sort of contaminated by sorcery / poison to force us or intimidate my wife to hand over any amount of money to the gang of SSY. The "cook" was tempted to do that with an offer of cash advance of RM5,000 plus very generous rewards when successful. It is known that SSY uses fake money for such purposes. SSY has representatives in the coffee shop/ restaurant to witness such incidents. We avoided such dirty technique in this favourite dish by studying the "body language" of the perpetrators.
24) Bomohs
My wife has encountered many bomohs, but at least two had personally confirmed that they were paid to do something to make my wife into a "trance" so as to hand over personal belongings. These bomohs when confronted would admit that a certain man believed to be SSY pay them to do that and then rewards would come when successful. These bomohs have all failed hence we have survived.
25) Photographs
SSY and gang also has the habit of coming to our place to take pictures - just shooting and then go away. They would also come to the Asia City to take picture of our car and surrounding.
26) Dengue fogging
Beware of those who come to the house with incomplete documents that the health authority needs to fog the area of dengue mosquitoes, claiming so and so had died in the area. The form would be unsigned and unchopped. Some private ones also approach us for fogging for RM20 each. We had rejected all of them and yet we are still alive to share this SSY and his crimes. This happen about a year ago.
27) Photocopying
My regular shops where I do my mass photocopying have been disrupted by SSY and his gang. I need such services for printing my books to alert the general public.
28) Printing one page
Last time, in 2002 I sent my cover sheet of "EPIC of Sabah" for printing. Even a single sheet with art work design provided by me, the printing of 1,000 A4 sheet took more than 2 months. The A4 in its standard measurement was manipulated on both sides making binding quite troublesome.
29) Strange cars slow
A lot of strange cars that come to my place are in slow pace, hence I have the chance to record their numbers. The road here has only less than 30 houses in a cul de sac.
30) Pulau Gaya then Hyatt’s function
In May 2005, ACCA Sabah organised a special function for a few days supposedly in an island resort but for a very cheap price. I knew from the start that it was a trap. The way the event was being pursued smelt a rat.
After the Pulau Gaya venue was changed to Hyatt but to a single day, it was obvious that food poisoning was arranged. Just before the set dinner with fixed seating, and at the end of the last session, the door to the room was swung open at least three times, but nobody came in. That was SSY in his desperation as he paid a lot of money to the people to poison me by first arranging this special event. So when the set dinner was on the table, I already decided to pack it rather than eat it there. So how much did the failed deal cost SSL and his rich mentors out to poison me? I have documented this event.
31) Gang murder within
There was a reported gang murder in Luyang done by SSY through his proxies. SSY was there to witness it and possibly was involved as his own gang members were killed. That was a few years back and very brutal indeed. You know when foods and drinks have been contaminated it is quite easy to do the killings.
32) Two accidents on Sunday mornings in 2003.
There were two terrible self accidents involving two vehicles. One of the vehicles crashed into a roadside tree in the Sunday morning just before I passed by on the way to the church. I saw the fire brigade after doing the job, was waiting for something there, when the corpse was on a stretcher covered by black bag. There was no Police personnel around. This terrible accident was not reported in the newspaper although I saw some people go there to take photos. Later, it was rumoured that the dead one was SSY. Yet SSY surfaced a few weeks later.
The second one happened a few weeks later, when I actually had to drive over the bloody accident on my way back from the Church on Sunday. This accident was not reported in the newspaper. But people was saying that 4 WD double cabin was in such high speed that it somersaulted several times killing the driver in the process. Obviously this accident happening in my usual Sunday path was to stir fear into me. Since then no accidents of this nature has happened there.
33) mee makers
This mee maker was set up by SSY to waste my time and to poison me. I know this Mr Chong for sometime but never talk business. Then suddenly this man appeared to wait for me in the restaurant where I would pass by almost daily. He would offer me drinks and then talk of his mee making business. In one of his first drinks, as I sipped my stomach ached and sent the signal that I should not drink it but he insisted that I drank the tea. After he failed in these dark ventures, I have yet to meet him any way in town. I hope he is still well and around.
34) Chocolate cake
My wife would love to eat chocolate cake in a regular weekend hi tea at a hotel place. One Sunday, there was a big family amongst the clients in the restaurant, but this man with a skull cap did not eat at all but moving around the place and the toilets. He kept going back to look at the chocolate cake contaminated by him with his grand children. We did not eat that cake but later it was learnt that it was taken away and destroyed.
35) Wong’s visit to the cafe.
A member of the famous family where the man and women died together on Signal hill, went to the cafe where we go regularly at week ends. The bald young man Wong known to me came to this cafe and make some quick inquiry at the desk, and left quickly. Obviously he could not be coming for food as his own place is better and possibly free when he himself is a chef of sort. Obviously he was on the look out for something or someone, and he saw me eye to eye through the gaps of the food shelves, his body language exposed his intention. He had a deep look at me, and I knew what he was up to. Then he left with a failed event. I had not seen him again.
36) SA 1331
This car (known to me) followed me to the church and at the church compound, the highlights were flashed at me. Then this car left as soon after making the round. Then I wrote a letter to the owner of that car, but he did not reply me. I believe the driver of the car was SSY as SSY looked after the maintenance of that vehicle.
37) Electricity (Heritage)
We live along Jalan Lintas, and regular power cuts were quite common until I complained to the Prime Minister. I had written to the Daily Express. There was one of those power cuts which were very unusual when some alternate houses in my road would have some low power for a few hours. However, whenever we have power cuts from Taman Regent right up to Taman Jindo and beyond, Heritage Plaza never suffer any power cuts. I believe this SSY had paid off the junior staff in SESB so that he could go around to commit crimes in the dark, apart for the nuisances for power cuts. The situation has generally improved for the area since I complained to the Prime Minister but I do not have power for one of my lines for a few months already. There is no power trips in my main switch. In Jelitana, I had an electrician to check my house for power cuts. After checking, the Electrician rang up to the LLS then. LLS insisted that my house was faulty then, but as soon as the Electrician emphasised that he was the electrician, power was instantly restored. So who is so guilty as that in a rotten society. Also in some seminars a few years back, there would be power cuts in those hotels. Then I asked a close friend, about the power cuts in many seminars I attended, he retorted "YOU". Lately, none of this power cuts in seminars has been encountered.
38) High car chase by Police.
I have seen how SSY drove a stolen van through the heavy traffic. There was already a lot of siren around the place indicating a Police car chase. I was on the Jalan Lintas, and suddenly a white van overtook me from the left into the U junction ahead. As soon as the Police car sounded the siren again, SSY in the van rushed out against the oncoming traffic from Penampang. Those cars had to apply emergency brakes. Then I could see how SSY wove through the traffic lights junction at the Luyang Clinic dangerously. After that he abandoned the van in the middle of the road and disappeared into Luyang proper. Then we learned that he had been robbing traders of the area of goods and cash. All the traders who had been robbed before know his identity. How would the Police overcome this modus operandi? His gangs would go for demands for protection money and on top of that, he would ring them up making phone orders, but traders would refuse to do. Soon SSY would turn up. SSY would pretend to eat on the premises and then order packed food which SSY would just grab and run. Sometime SSY would order pack food but will pretend to pay but need to get the money from the car. That would be the last of SSY to be seen. There was a case SSY would throw the packed food on the floor and disappear to make the traders suffer.
39) Telephone and handphones
It had been reported before the pre-pay handphone, that some strange outstation numbers would clock up much charges in the telephone bills. My old mobiphone was working in order, then one day after 4 years, my phone was blocked and the request was made that my phone be updated at the service centre. I never encountered any strange charges for 4 years, but soon after this "update", about RM200 charges using strange numbers came into my bill. I complaint in writing but never got my money back, and so I abandoned that phone. These telephone charges came from Sibu and that was in 1999. This is likely the activities of the SSY gang.

If you have an expensive cassette player, the workshop would make full use of that, hence destroying the player. So when I send my car for welding etc, I would prefer to stay in the panel workshop for a day to ensure that the work is done properly. By being there, I would learn much about things out of reach for me. Every time, I sent my car, there would be much disruptions from some people known and unknown with motive to delay completion of the work that day. Any vintage car needs special attention as parts are not easily available.

Conclusion
So far I had listed a sample of the activities of SSY, and this is only the tip of the iceberg. SSY and gang have lots more as the trend of society leading to chaos, anarchy and doom as engineered by a powerful global secret society (not secret elsewhere).
I believe the politicians and others so called social elite in pretension also "employ" directly and indirectly SSY and gang to be trouble makers. SSY and gang has been successful for more than 15 years as we learnt that SSY stole school fees from the Form teacher at the age of 12, and then expelled. Our rotten system allows the "evil success" of SSY for 15 years. I think the Police knows something more about this but ineffective.
As a hardcore criminal, this is only a very small indicative dossiers. It is going to be worst and the system would not improve unless there is a total change in the failed leadership of 43 years in Sabah. SSY is definitely involved in most of the murders in town as it is known that he is desperate for RM1 million deposit for the proposed purchase of a hotel. The latest incident of the turf club needs to be scrutinised for that murder.
Based on my survival against all odds since 1970 after enduring thousands of attacks seen and unseen costing those so called enemies of mine, millions of Ringgit, it is timely that the Police dossier on me be modified in my favour to allow me to takeover the leadership of the State for the common good of all. 41) Neighbours - generally
You may wonder how SSY and gang could stalk us so efficiently. As far as we know there are 7-10 watchers (families) for SSY in the very short road that we live. Some of these people behave very strange like going in and out in very short times repeatedly. The same had happened when we lived in Taman Hilltop a few years back. Then one of them was made a Datuk. The other has become a cheap doctor. They would behave like security guards making late night rounds and regular daily rounds around my house. So these watchers would inform SSY and get paid for it. Each telephone call would command RM25-50. So some of them can be quite rich if they make 4 calls a day whenever we go out.
42) Neighbours - specific A
Actually I had written to my neighbour opposite alerting them of the menace SSY who has befriended the young women who is always scantily dressed for night life. The intention of SSY was to be near us to stalk. This neighbour ignored my letter to their own peril and bad deals. This young woman is a very cheap one as far as we are concerned.
43) Neighbours - specific B
This neighbour as the nearest one has been hostile since the day we moved in December 2001. That house is like a retreat home as they operate in the Interior. At one time, whenever that family came down, many people also came. Our dogs always barked at them at the beginning and these people started to frighten them, and so the dogs become more consistent doing their job by barking. The B has done a lot of things trying to get rid of my dogs but all failed. Basically dogs would bark away evil things like sorcery, and they want to get rid of our dogs to get to us using black magic. We do park our car at the front of the hotel when we go there. But after sometimes, some strange cars were parked there earlier even without the knowledge of the hotel front desk staff. SSY asked his gang to do that. We do not understand why SSY goes to such length to do that. It is likely when our car is parked elsewhere, SSY can harm the car by sorcery or puncture. There had been incidences tow cars were instructed to tow our car away, without our knowledge. Such attempts were foiled by my wife always guarding our car, sometimes standing a bit faraway.
45) Neighbour Specific C -
We overheard that SSY has sent some agents to pursuade this neighbour on our left to sell his house to SSY. This C refused because "why this house" as he had just moved in not long ago? The old couple is consistent and trustworthy as a neighbour. So we have to assume that SSY want to be so closed to do evil.
46) Fried Fish
A restaurant operator told my wife some stranger would deliver trays of fried fish to sell to the customers. This stranger insisted that the operator accept the fried fish. SSY/agent has been following my wife whenever she bought packed food. They know we like fried fish. The operator refused for fear of quality.
47) Roobter Year
Last year, Tong Hing Supermarket had a full page advertisement for special offers for the Chinese New Year for the year of Rooster and somehow the expensive art work had the spelling as Roobter. How many had seen that misspell ? So the old couple from the other side of the world sent that message that the Robber cum murderer be exposed in the year of Rooster. So I have done just that.
It has become so clear now. I quite often do shopping in Tong Hing and other supermarkets but I never missed to bring home any item. I like to do shopping so that I know the costs of things and costs level over the time. I only bought a few items but I left behind an item "white tafu" a pack in two pieces costing RM1.30. When I return home on 11th January, then I realised that the item was missing. Tafu sound like Tahu in BM. (I had alleged SSY involved in that murder). Two pieces can mean that the old couple passed away together in the tragic incident. Then on 13th January, Friday Jenny Voo was murdered. Jenny Voo murder inspired me to expose Soh See Yee@ Gary to the full after a delayed intention. So these murders are linked as committed by the same gang and SSY. There are other indications of these murders and other murders.
You may wonder why I ask the Police dossier on me be modified. I would like to know who had supplied those information on me. Most likely those bias information come from my enemies since 1970. Even some people supplied the hand written dossier from the Police to the Presiding Officer at the State General Election 1986’s nomination centre where I attended as a candidate.
As I had survived to share IMPORTANT information not known to the Police before, and so a new system under me would bring peace and prosperity to Sabah.

SSY was in a scam for more than 15 years and yet he had been doing that with widening impact.
SSY and his gang must have killed or caused the deaths of thousands of innocent, not so innocent, and some guilty people around. Why should this be allowed?
Who had created such a living character commanding such an influence over thousands?

So I appeal to all concerned that this thing cannot go on in Sabah, Malaysia and in Borneo.

He could go around using many posh cars (showing off fake wealth) as those cars do not belong to him.
He could go around with many identity cards of different names and let the authorities find out how many he had used.
He could get enough of lawyers to get him bail if he finds himself in Police cell.
He could get enough money - genuine and fake - to buy services of others including the Police in his pursuits of scams, sorcery, schemes of evil.
He could change his dressing as he assume new fake identity.
He could change his name abusing the national religion.
He could marry many women old and young using polygamy as an excuse, and also abandone them as he chooses with or without divorce.
If only you know how he operates - his financiers, his modus operandi, his movements - then you not sleep well. Of course he will try to hide his real financiers, mentors or the level above him.
A clue here is that if he could secure the services of many lawyers as an unknown, jobless, a man of no fixed address, a man with changing identity, then there must be a great power out there to direct his movements etc.
SO I APPEAL TO ALL CONCERN TO STOP THIS MONSTER, better still let this man come to his senses.
Sadly this SSY is a symbol of power abuses, money obsession, absolute corruption, master of manipulation, absolute social ill, criminal fetishism, a maniac of all sorts, chaos, anarchy, and doom.
Pakistanis can come and get our Malaysian Passports and identity cards in great numbers as reported in the Star. The National Registration Department had cancelled Salman Majid’s identity card in 2001 as he had obtained it not in compliance with procedure. Yet Salman had been using that card in recent years. How many serious offences had he committed?
How many other illegals like Salman are just doing that? A few millions of such people are allowed to destroy Malaysia where 22 millions are true citizens. Fair or not?
Filipinos in revolt at home would run away to Sabah for safe haven. How could they do if they do not possess Malaysian documents? Misuari was an example, and another militant murderer Rizal Alih was detained since 1989 and only returned to Manila in January 2006. What do we think about this in Sabah?

So far I had listed a sample of the activities of SSY, and this is only the tip of the iceberg. SSY and gang have lots more as the trend of society leading to chaos, anarchy and doom as engineered by a powerful global secret society (not secret elsewhere).
I believe the politicians and others so called social elite in pretension also "employ" directly and indirectly SSY and gang to be trouble makers. SSY and gang has been successful for more than 15 years as we learnt that SSY stole school fees from the Form teacher at the age of 12, and then expelled. Our rotten system allows the "evil success" of SSY for 15 years. I think the Police knows something more about this but ineffective.
As a hardcore criminal, this is only a very small indicative dossiers. 41) Neighbours - generally
You may wonder how SSY and gang could stalk us so efficiently. As far as we know there are 7-10 watchers (families) for SSY in the very short road that we live. Some of these people behave very strange like going in and out in very short times repeatedly. The same had happened when we lived in Taman Hilltop a few years back. Then one of them was made a Datuk. The other has become a cheap doctor. They would behave like security guards making late night rounds and regular daily rounds around my house. So these watchers would inform SSY and get paid for it. Each telephone call would command RM25-50. So some of them can be quite rich if they make 4 calls a day whenever we go out.
42) Neighbours - specific A
Actually I had written to my neighbour opposite alerting them of the menace SSY who has befriended the young women who is always scantily dressed for night life. The intention of SSY was to be near us to stalk. This neighbour ignored my letter to their own peril and bad deals. This young woman is a very cheap one as far as we are concerned.

This neighbour as the nearest one has been hostile since the day we moved in December 2001. That house is like a retreat home as they operate in the Interior. At one time, whenever that family came down, many people also came. Our dogs always barked at them at the beginning and these people started to frighten them, and so the dogs become more consistent doing their job by barking. The B has done a lot of things trying to get rid of my dogs but all failed. Basically dogs would bark away evil things like sorcery, and they want to get rid of our dogs to get to us using black magic.
